My Videos--Not much there now either, but again, the collection is growing slowly.
My Photos--Not much there right now, but my collection is starting to grow.
Sites I Read
Scott, aka "phillylo"--My nemesis and antithesis. He needs to be a professional writer someday.
Don--Perhaps the most honest and transparent weblog that I know of.
Sandy--Wife of phillyo (God help her!), extraordinary writer, and deep thinker. She has a very interesting perspective on life and is now the proud mother of Isaac.
A Sad Optimist--One of Sandy's friends (and mine!) who recently came back from a long stint teaching English in Korea. Similar to Sandy and me in that we're all preparing in one way or another to go overseas again. She's actually headed overseas soon!!
Ro--Another of Sandy's friends (and also mine!) who is now with YWAM in Oregon. After teaching in Korea, she was a missionary working with Korean prostitutes. If that's not enough incentive to go visit her page, I don't know what would be (although there are also some great pics to check out!).
Ted--One of the most creative guys I know. Check out his original cartoons and drawings.
Brittle Crazy Glass--A website written by a former Westminster student. Random and thought-provoking posts. My prediction is that she'll be a professional writer someday (in one capacity or another).
Phil--My roommate from summer '05 at SIL-UND. He's now studying Mandarin in China. Definitely one of the more unique personalities I've ever met.
Katylin--A fellow Wycliffe member who also loves linguistics and East Asia.
Gregg Easterbrook--[Currently not writing] Senior editor for The New Republic, he addresses a wide variety of public policy issues, even commenting on NFL cheerleaders. He knows how to keep it real.
SIL--an abbreviation for the Summer Institute of Linguistics. An organization which I am now a member of (as of June 14, 2006!). I got my first formal introduction to SIL through SIL-UND--one of the best ways that one could spend a summer, in my opinion!!
Desiring God Ministries--The founder, John Piper, is probably the author who has had the most influence in my life.
Matthias Media--an independent, evangelical, non-denominational company based in Sydney, Australia. I LOVE this ministry!!!! Never before have I seen materials with such a balanced combination of sound pedagogy and sound theology. Their most well-known publication probably is Two Ways to Live, an evangelism training program.
CVS--My favorite pharmacy (apologies to my dad, who works at Rite-Aid!), and arguably my favorite store to shop at, period. Click here for weekly savings!
